Find out what the work is actually costing you. Then fix the expensive part.

It starts with a paid audit of how work moves through your business, because the thing costing you most is rarely the thing that looks worst. Then a fixed-price build of whatever the audit put at the top.

How we work together

Three steps, in order.

Most clients take all three, in this order. You can stop after any of them, and plenty of businesses only ever need the first two. Every step is priced before it starts, and you will have the figure on the first call.

Step 01: AI Opportunity Audit

Find the work worth automating, before anyone builds anything.

Fixed fee, agreed before we start

A paid, fixed-fee review of how work actually moves through your business. It ends in a prioritised roadmap, so the first build fixes something that matters rather than something that was easy to spot.

What's included

  • Interviews with the people actually doing the work
  • A map of how work moves through the business today
  • A prioritised roadmap, each item with an estimate of the time or money it could save
  • A walkthrough call on the findings

The fee is agreed before we start and does not change. The report is yours either way, whether or not you go on to build any of it.

Step 02: Implementation project

Build the agreed items. For a price agreed first.

Fixed price, agreed in the proposal

We build what the roadmap prioritised, scoped in a written proposal before any work starts. The price is fixed, so the cost of the build is not a moving number.

What's included

  • A written proposal with the scope, the price and the dates, agreed before we start
  • A measurement of how the process ran beforehand, so the result can be checked afterwards
  • Connection to the tools you already use, such as your CRM, email, calendar or accounts
  • Handover with documentation, so the system is yours to run

What it costs depends on how many steps the system has and how many of the tools you already use it has to connect to. The proposal states the price and the dates before you commit to anything.

Step 03: Monthly retainer

Keep it working. And keep going.

Monthly, with no minimum term

Optional, and only worth starting once something we have built is measurably working. Every retainer has named deliverables and a monthly report, so you can see what you are paying for.

What's included

  • Monitoring and fixes, including when a supplier changes an API
  • Named deliverables each month, agreed in advance
  • A monthly report: hours saved, runs, errors and cost per run against the original baseline
  • Any monthly allowance applies to that month and does not roll over

There is no minimum term. A retainer continues month to month until either party gives 30 days’ written notice. What it costs depends on how much we are monitoring and how much new work you want each month.

Productised options

Three builds we have already scoped.

These sit inside step two. Most projects are shaped by what the audit finds, but these three come pre-scoped, so they can start sooner and can carry straight on into a retainer. Each one is priced in its proposal.

01: Lead Reactivation

Work through the leads already sitting in your CRM.

For: Businesses with untapped lead databases.

A staged email sequence that contacts the cold leads already in your CRM, handles the replies, and puts anyone still interested in front of you.

What's included

  • Audit of dormant lead segments in your CRM
  • AI-powered email re-engagement sequence
  • Tracking from first email through to any meeting booked
  • Conversion reporting after 30 days

02: Speed to Lead

Answer the phone when you cannot.

For: Businesses that miss inbound calls.

An AI voice agent picks up inbound calls, asks the qualifying questions you set, and passes the details on to the right person.

What's included

  • An AI voice agent picks up inbound calls, including out of hours
  • Automated qualification and handoff to the right person
  • Conversion rate tracking from enquiry to booked call
  • Integration with your existing CRM or inbox

03: Lead Generation

Contact the right people, on a schedule you keep to.

For: Businesses that need consistent inbound flow.

A prospecting system that builds a list against the criteria you set, contacts them on a regular schedule, and scores the replies.

What's included

  • A prospect list built against the criteria you set
  • Replies scored, so you can see which are worth your time
  • Tracking from first contact through to any work won
  • Monthly performance review and tuning

Availability

What we can actually take on.

We work to a deliberate capacity limit: at most one active implementation project and one audit at a time, with retainers counting towards that limit. It is a small studio, and that is the honest shape of it.

So before you commit to anything, we will tell you what we can start and when. If there is a wait, you will hear about it on the first call rather than after the proposal. The same limit is written into our terms and into every proposal we send.

Not sure which step you are on?

Tell us what is slowing the business down. If an audit is the right place to start, we'll say so. If you already know what needs building, we'll quote that instead.
